Getting it to you, and what happens if it goes wrong

Delivery

We crate or palletise every unit before it goes on a truck. Engines, gearboxes and heads travel strapped and drained. Motors and gensets go on pallets with the shaft supported.

Delivery is quoted with your unit rather than bundled into the price, because a crate to Durban North and a crate to Upington are not the same job and we are not going to pretend they are. You get the freight number in writing before you pay.

Cross-border into Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini and Lesotho is arranged on request. Duties and clearing are for the buyer unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If something goes wrong

Phone or WhatsApp us first, before anything is stripped. We will ask what the symptom is, what the fitter found, and what oil pressure and temperature were doing. In a lot of cases the fault is in the cooling system or the fuel side, not in the unit we sold you, and we can save you a strip-down.

If the unit is genuinely faulty and it is inside the warranty period, we will replace it with an equivalent tested unit where we have one, or refund the purchase price where we do not. We do not pay for labour, so use a fitter you trust the first time.

Warranty claims need your invoice number and proof that the unit was fitted by a qualified technician. Keep the job card.
