Cylinder Heads

Used cylinder heads for ten makes, removed from donor engines, cleaned and inspected before listing. We check for visible cracking between the seats and around the injector bores, look for warp with a straight edge, and check the valves and cam journals. What we do not do is pretend a used casting has been machined.Have your machine shop pressure test the head and skim the deck before it goes on. That work costs little next to stripping the engine twice, and it is what turns a used head into a repair that lasts. New head gasket and new torque-to-yield bolts every time.Send us the number cast into your old head and we will confirm the match in writing. Prices include VAT.
